Heat Shrinkable Bus-bar Tube

Heat Shrinkable Bus-bar Tube is made of special dilute hydrocarbons through special processing, with extremely high insulation performance, widely used in substations, high voltage cabinets and so on.It has the following characteristics:

• Shrinkage ratio: 2:1 3:1

• Shrinkage: Fast

• Common colors: red, yellow, green, blue, black, others can be customized

• Continuous service temperature: -55℃ ~ 105℃

• Minimum initial shrinkage temperature: 80℃

• Minimum complete shrinkage temperature: 120℃

• Eliminate short circuit fault caused by mice, snakes and other small animals

• Prevent corrosion of bus by acid, alkali, salt and other chemicals

•Prevent accidental injury caused by the live gap accidentally entered by the maintenance personnel

• Adapt to the development trend of miniaturization of switch cabinets

• Solve the interphase insulation problem of bus -bar

 

Cable heat-shrinkable sleeve is a kind of insulation heat-shrinkable sleeve commonly used in cables. The main material of this kind of product is PE. After irradiation crosslinking and heating expansion, it has thermal shrinkage function, with a shrinkage ratio of about 3:1 and a diameter ranging from 50-350mm.

It can be used as heat-shrinkable inner sheath, outer sheath and outer insulating waterproof sheath in cable accessories.
